Had a super fun experience at Maijard Smashburgers! The burgers were really delicious — especially the Burger of the Month "Alla Vodka" with that sauce. The smashed potatoes were also a super tasty side dish and we were also impressed that everything is produced in-house. Very friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a place we'll come back to!

During our visit to Maijard Smashburgers, we were immediately pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally friendly service. From the outside, the place seemed completely full, but as soon as we stepped inside, a table was promptly made available for us without hesitation. The place is small, hip, and exudes that typical modern burger bar atmosphere. The menu is deliberately kept simple, but precisely because of that, you can tell that everything is meticulously crafted. Every choice is clear and thoughtful. We actually came just for a burger, but due to a small miscommunication, we also received a portion of smash potatoes — completely free and on the house. An unexpected but very tasty extra! In terms of price-quality ratio, it might not be the strongest option in Antwerp, but the speed, friendliness, and care with which the dishes are prepared definitely make it a place where we gladly return. In short: for those who love a simple but perfectly executed smashburger and service that truly makes a difference, Maijard Smashburgers is certainly recommended.
